For a roleoplaying game (so, more creative answers wellcome):

Assume a character can shapeshift into a swarm of any swarming predetorial insect out there.

What would be the optimal insect to lift the heaviest load in flight?

Let's say the goal is to lift a 1 kilo weight of ideal insect proportions.

What would be the best insect that would require the fewest members of its species to grab onto the weight, and lift it up in the air?
