Disengaging from Battery Saving Mode

My L380 won't charge beyond 76%. I turned off that setting in Lenovo Advantage app and checked the BIOS but found no settings to change. I'd like to charge it to 100% for an event. What do you advise? The unit is out of service so I can't check for updated battery drivers at MS. Thanks, Charlie
