Is this new L14 G5 AMD - weirdly cheap or just a good deal?

I am looking to buy a ThinkPad. I am using one at work, and I have used a Lenovo Laptop before (Legion 5i), but this would be the first private ThinkPad. I have a separate, more graphics and CPU capable device at home.

Use case: University, Web Use, Personal "Office" work, travel, light multimedia

Key Spec requirements: 14 in screen, 16GB+ RAM, 256GB SSD required/512 desired, Windows, 2+ USB-A, 2+ USB-C, HDMI, IPS desired, USC-C charging desired. Target Budget: € 800 I do prefer Intel, but i'm willing to go with AMD on this due to price and because i believe my use case doesn't require max power.

I have found this device which seems to tick all of my key requirements and is well within my budget (and probably is overkill too, but that's besides the point) [https://geizhals.at/lenovo-thinkpad-l14-g5-amd-21l6s38800-a3552254.html?hloc=at&hloc=de&hloc=pl&hloc=uk&hloc=eu#data](https://geizhals.at/lenovo-thinkpad-l14-g5-amd-21l6s38800-a3552254.html?hloc=at&hloc=de&hloc=pl&hloc=uk&hloc=eu#data)

It is offered for below € 700. This seems quite a bit below what L14 G5s usually retails for as a new device, based on my research on various sites and on this sub. Is there some key feature missing in this model I am overlooking? Or is this just a strangely good deal?
