What to do with a bunch of old thinkpads

I have a bunch of old thinkpads and some were bought refurbished. One of them i don't know the password to and i think is irrecoverable.

I have a t431s, t460s, t440p, t540p.

I've been thinking of selling it to someplace that buys it such as the pawn shop or some computer store that accepts old computers.

The other option is taking it apart for parts, but some of it like the ram isnt compatible with what I use.
