Quite low budget buying advice?

I really like thinkpads and their modularity, i already have my main desktop, so i was thinking of buying thinkpad as a mostly working machine. I want to use it to browse internet, learn coding, tinker with hardware and linux and *maybe* sometimes play minecraft(i don't need spectacular performance, im fine with 25-30 fps)

Main thing is, i don't really want to pay much for this laptop, like, i think, 400€ tops, i live in Spain, if that helps.

Any condition is fine i think. Heard good things about t480/t490s, but if there are different variants i'd like to know them.

(i feel like my requirements are too spoiled or something)
