Is new thermal paste the solution? (ThinkPad 13 gen2 i5)

I am currently getting excessive fan usage during Firefox webbrowsing which should be somewhat lightweight work.

Is it possible that a repast might help solve this issue? I am having a hard time finding any information specific to my machine about this as most info is related to regular t-series.

What are your recommendations for solving TV is issue? The laptop gets pretty hot from regular usage.
