T580 Critical Service Died loop before and after windows re-install

So my T580 has performed admirably being carted to and from classes and starbucks, but recently I started getting random lockups followed by a Critical Service Died crash in Windows - it will usually then throw itself into an unstoppable loop of crash->reboot until you turn it off and leave it alone for a while. I've tried repairing Windows, I've run SFC and every memory diagnostic under the sun, replaced the SSD and RAM, and reinstalled windows completely on the new SSD (didn't bother trying to copy anything over). I went through Lenovo's driver updates and flashed the BIOS with the latest update, have tried resetting the BIOS and fiddling with the UEFI settings. None of this has helped. Any other ideas? I'm out of warranty and beginning to suspect it's toast.
