Can the X230 output 144Hz (or 120, 100, etc) hrough miniDP?

I know playing most games anywhere near as ~~old~~ young as the Ivy Bridge iGPU isn't going to end well regardless of the screen ~~unless it's 640x480~~, but if there is a high-refresh-rate monitor in the room anyway can I (at least) e.g. move the cursor around Office or MS Paint or Synaptic or Nautilus in 120, 144, etc Hz?
