***Book 4: Thomas The Tank Engine***
* In this AU, Thomas is a GWR 57xx pannier tank engine and he has Duck's canon livery in this timeline only he has the number 6 instead of the number 1 * Thomas and Gordon’s only change is that Thomas is accidentally dragged behind on the express and Henry replaces Gordon’s role * Thomas’ Train and Thomas and the Trucks have no changes. * Thomas and the Breakdown Train has no big changes either, except Henry takes Gordon’s minor role. * Stories: * Thomas Gets Tricked * Thomas' Train * Thomas and the Trucks * Thomas and the Breakdown Train (Thomas doesn't get his branchline but instead gets repainted into NWR Green and gets the number 6)
***Book 5: Troublesome Engines***
* One big change to this story is that Percy doesn't come to Sodor in this timeline since Thomas is already shunting in the yards * Trouble In The Sheds and Percy Runs Away don't occur in this timeline * Stories: * Tenders And Turntables (replace Gordon's role with Henry) * Thomas And The Rumors (Thomas hears rumors about Henry and worries Henry is being replaced) * Off The Rails (James replaces Gordon's role and he accidentally crashes into a ditch) * Henry And The Elephant (Slightly rewritten)
***Book 6: Henry The Green Engine***

* This is where the AU REALLY starts changing, Rebecca comes to Sodor to help Henry and James with the mainline * Stories: * Confusion Without Delay (Rewritten) * Leaves (Rebecca is the one who slides down the hill and Edward helps her up the hill and comforts her about her mistakes) * Alliances (Thomas and Rebecca have to pull an important goods train, Thomas bursts his safety valve on Gordon's hill and Rebecca pushes Thomas and the goods train to the works and the two form an alliance * Paint Pots And Queens (Rebecca replaces Gordons' role and James is the one who tells Sir Topham Hatt to let Rebecca pull the Royal train
***Book 9: Edward The Blue Engine***
