Historical Tales

So I guess I better not wait to trigger the historical tales lol. I’ve learned even though I’ve triggered the first part within the given time limit it doesn’t necessarily give you time to complete the event.

Separate question for those in the know: Do Devoted relationships with characters with high stats like say someone like Guan Yu always give more tomes( the points needed to upgrade skills/tactics) than a devoted relationship with say a normal character? I finally got my first wife earlier and she gave me like 2 tomes after I filled the meter, was kind of disappointed lol
