Queing for random 2 star dungeons as tank

How often do u guys end up with a bunch of DPS standing right in front of the boss as you join, thinking "awesome" just to realise 5 seconds later that the dps can't even survive the boss just looking at them .. in 1 star dungeons, at least u can start from the go with a fresh group very often.
