Just spent many hours on this and it got overwritten? Any help please!

First image is what was overwritten. I went back to dashboard because Tinkercad auto saves everything and when I entered again, all of my progress from several hours today was erased. Any way to restore it?

I’ll redo it and it’ll probably be a bit more organized if I do, but I’ve got a lot to do this weekend and this took ages.
