[PC][2020+] First-Person Supernatural Mystery Game
I remember a trailer/gameplay video from a game shows (like Gamescom) or a publisher showcase. It starts with someone arriving at an European apartment building that looks like it was built between 1960 and 1980, the hallway has a pretty high ceiling and is decently well lit from the outside, but looks a bit dingy and there's furniture, some broken, here and there. I forget how you learn the backstory, but you're there to investigate a missing male relative, like your uncle, father, or grandfather, who's died or disappeared.
I think there's a neighbour who's home but you either don't interact with them, or you can only hear them through the door, you never see them. There's a note on one of the doors about either an eviction or rent being due or the mess in the hallway.
Once you're in the apartment, it looks well-furnished, I think the entryway has a green rug and wood panelling on the walls. You have to find keys to access the rest of the apartment. The relative is an explorer or scientist, based on what you see in their apartment; there are artifacts and contraptions in some of the rooms. Eventually you interact with a hidden switch or something in a bag that causes something to rise and light up in another room that you can see through a window or glass door, and then the window gets blacked out (?) or the screen fades to black as ominous music kicks in, and the title is shown, and I think there's a voiceover about some sort of inheritance and that there are other people/organizations looking for whatever your relative left behind.
