[PC][1989s] A 2d battle PVP only game with guns and other weapons

EDIT: Sorry, title should of said 1990s, not 1989

**Notable gameplay mechanics:** You would have lots of different weapons and the objective was to kill the other player. Similar to how the game 'rounds' works, where it was fairly frantic jumping around on a screen trying to fight with whatever guns or other weapons you had (might be been a mechanic to purchase more?

**Other details:** I think the name started with an S? Potentially they made a more modern reboot of it as well?
