[PC] [2000s] arcade racing game

Notable characters:

The game name included the word "Xtreme" - with this exact writing. But there's tons of games with this word.

It was an arcade racing game with near 5-7 different cars without any claim to realism. I think there was only a single track - a closed circle in a town-like environment.

The cars had an HP bar It would damage when crashed and eventually explode.

By default you only had the first car unlocked. You'd need to earn some sort of coins to unlock more. The cars would unlock depending on the coins balance. So, you wouldn't buy the cars, they just get selectable once you collect enough coins. If you crash too much at races and loose the couins,the cars would get locked back again.

I played it on a PC with a 2 cores 2.2Ghz intel CPU and a 128Mb integrated GPU around 2010 or earlier. So it's very old.

I tried everything from google and chatgt to literally bruteforcing the list of all racing games on wikipedia.
