[around 2011]Trying to find a game with a girl in a blue dress captured and bound

I remembered recently seeing a full page promo art of a game with a girl i think in a blue dress bound up, and i think there being several other women around her. This was in a review of the game in a gaming magazine with a little pop up with the title "Why We Love It: It's Twisted" and clip art of a tear i think. I thought this was in the Guinness World Records Gaming Edition 2011, however after having seemingly lost my copy, and finding a review online of the book that seems to lack any reviews with a "Why We Love It" section, I'm out of ideas as to what the book is, so if you know any review books or gaming magazines with a "Why We Love It" feature that'd be great help too. This is definitely a game from some years ago, 2013 at the latest i'd guess and my memory regarding the artwork is quite hazy. I may have gotten certain details wrong so if anything sounds even vaguely familiar i'd appreciate the shout. Cheers.
