[PC][1995ish] Car combat game.

Hey guys first post here, I remember a game that came out back in the mid 90's growing up that i would play, it was graphically somewhere between the marathon game series and early 3-D, but the premise was gangs had taken over cities you were in (i vaguely remember neo-nazi's being one of them) and it was vehicular style combat where you would choose a co-pilot and weapons were customizable to some degree. but you were tasked with taking down these gang members and they would drop pod's contaning endangered species DNA, i remember the mission giver having a lemur or similar type of creature on his shoulder.

I vaguely remember the cutscenes being about the same quality of art style as games like full throttle or day of the tentacle and it is possible the game came in a multi-CD game pack. i remember having 3-4 games per disc that you could choose from and dragonquest being on one of the many discs we had along with various lucasarts games and others.
