[PS2][2000-2006]RPG, Fantasy, Combat Wheel/Combat Rhythm

Hi! I'm looking for an old PS2 title I recall reading about in Game Informer as a kid. It had a neat looking combat system where you used button presses as indicated by a rhythm wheel thing to do better at combat. There would be a big circle, and a line that would spring along the wheel and highlight different buttons to do more damage or maybe even block.

Looked like your standard RPG fantasy game if I recall correctly.

Sadly I never got to play it and I'd love to see what this game I remember being interested in was. Any assistance helps! Thank you all for your time.
