Looking for help buying first set of winter tires

Hello, I recently got my first car and I live in Canada so need a set of winter tires. Was wondering if I can get some help to decide if this set on Facebook is good.

Already checked it fits my car. One set is from 2023 and the other is from 2024. Selling for $400 CAD.

Worth checking out?

Thanks
