Unlimited Data w/280GB HS?

So I went to check my iPhone’s cellular settings and noticed my former “One Plus” changed to “Unlimited Data w/280GB HS”. I know my plan was one of the ones that got moved (FFS, hate that), but does this mean I’m gonna get throttled after using this much data in a month? I never really get close to that amount in a month, but that’s concerning because I had basically unlimited HS data. Can someone clarify this for me?
