T-Mobile return timeframe

I returned an iPad I bought online and T-Mobile received it on 4/21. I haven’t heard a thing from the warehouse since. I have tracking showing that the iPad’s been delivered but I’ve seen posts from others who still had to eat the cost of the device even after tracking showed it had been delivered. Is it normal for it to take this long for T-Mobile to process a return?
