Xbox series X not connecting to the gateway.

Odd problem with my Xbox. It will not reconnect to the gateway when in energy saving mode. It works fine coming out of standby but when in energy saver I have to reboot the gateway to get reconnected. I'm using the Nokia trashcan gateway.
