The drivers of this city have a serious parking problem.

To be honest, I'm not sure about the rest of Toronto but this is what I experience in North York.
There has been a dramatic drop in driving standards. I understand that most of us have been accustomed to barren streets for the past couple of years due to COVID rules. But now that roads are busy again, this city's drivers need to readjust their habits.
People need to realize they can't just park on the side of a road and flip on their signals. You should go out of your way and park in a proper area rather than force everyone else to go out of their way to go around you.
This is most important for busy two lane (one lane each direction) roads. Have the dignity and spacial awareness to realize that if a road has a constant flow of traffic (especially with buses), it's probably best to not block an entire lane.
This is becoming a daily occurence and has gotten to a point that I have had to readjust my daily route just to avoid the roads being impacted by these terrible driving habits.
