Apartments that accept shepherds

I’ve sent out a few emails to various apartment complexes in the area but have had minimal luck. I am looking to move to a two bedroom apartment with a pointer mix and an Australian shepherd. The shepherd is the problem and so far not a single place accepts them. My budget is on the smaller side, looking for preferably no more than $750 rent but I am so desperate I can maybe do a bit more. I don’t want to give them up - they are my everything.

If anyone has any recommendations please let me know. I am okay with the surrounding area like Perrysburg, Maumee (where I work) etc.
