I don’t know if this is a tonsil stone but i think i got my first(what i presume to be first) tonsil stone and it looks long?

sorry for the bad picture it’s hard to get a good one, is it okay to take out? idk what to do it’s not really bothering me, i just am A curious but B i don’t like the thought of it being there. will i swallow it while i sleep and choke? i’m not informed on these. if i can or can’t take it out with a tooth pick or something , let me know please!
