Newbie Post - REAL deep stone :(

Hi everyone. First, let me say THANK YOU for being here because all this time I thought I was a freak with my tonsil stones and obsession with picking them out. I've never had trouble scooping them out with a bobby pin or qtip, but I am at a loss here. My right tonsil is MASSIVE, and it has a weird crypt on top that kinda looks like a butthole LOL. Anyway, this mofo is in there. I can feel, smell, and taste it. But it must be in there REAL good because I can't make headway. Anyone have advice/experience with a stone stuck wayyyyy back in your tonsil? I can see the white nastyness at the crest of the butthole-looking crypt, but I can't grab or drag anything out. Thanks in advance :)
