Tornado siren tones

Does anyone know if most tornado are pitched/toned in minor chords because they sound more urgent and mournful? I’m wondering if certain sirens sound in certain notes? Like, Bm or Dm for example? Sorry if it’s a dumb question, I just always wondered.
