Advice on breaking a "seized" lock

A few years ago I bought a [keyless lock](https://bitlock.co). It runs on Bluetooth and the idea is that you lock/unlock it with a smartphone.

The lock's internal battery has now run out and I have no easy way of replacing it. The lock is also currently on my bike frame and I'd like to remove it. Any advice or suggestions on how you remove are welcome.
