Flier on Hezonja?

At the foundation, he's an athletic wing that can shoot, and Vogel has used him as a 4 in spot minutes this year. Still 22, and despite his poor performance so far in the league I think he can still develop to be a solid player. I wonder what kind of price he'd command as an FA.

He did get a stretch of starts while AG was out last year and admittedly underperformed, but I honestly think besides that he's been completely shafted by Skiles (Mario had what I consider to be a solid rookie season though) and Vogel without having much chance to develop. I'm not saying he'd get PT on the Raptors either, but I think he'd be a great "stash" with the 905 and a year as one of the featured players there could do wonders for his development.

He adds depth to a needed position on the Raps and I think he could be a valuable contributor 1 year after a potential signing. We're also not likely to get anyone with his upside for an affordable price since we're capped out.

TL;DR - Not saying he should get immediate PT or anything on the Raps, but I think he's still too young to be considered a total bust, and I think playing on the 905 will give him development opportunities he never had with the Magic.
