Rtorrent/rutorrent configuration issue

I am trying to start my plugins at rtorrent startup by using the below line in my rtorrent.rc file but it is not working. Can somebody please tell me what is wrong in this line/lines?

execute2 = {sh,-c,php ~/www/ruTorrent/php/initplugins.php John &}

I also tried below version with no success:

execute = {sh,-c,php ~/www/ruTorrent/php/initplugins.php John &}

Plugins start normally if I refresh my webui after restart of rtorrent but before that they are not loaded/started.
