Research rate buffs for Nurgle?

I'm playing a Ku'gath campaign, and I feel like I have to be missing something. Does Nurgle really have no way to boost research rate outside of Chaos Sorcerors using the Steal Technology hero action??

I've gone over the tech tree, the building tree and the plague effects, and I just simply don't see any buffs to it anywhere.
