Help my thanes are stuck

In my malakai campaign 4 ghost thanes joined my faction, King Lunn Ironhammer and 3 others. I believe they joined when I confederated Belegar (who was dead) but not sure. They are stuck visibly around Kraka Drak. Not inside the city but floating near it, all on top of each other. They can't be moved, I can't disband them. What kind of bug is this, and any advice how to resolve this?
