Potential for Thanquol

Don't know much about him, but I love Skaven and their mechanics.

So with Thanquol being guaranteed, what do you think his campaign would look like? Where would his start position be and what would he specialize in?

He would of course have Boneripper as a mount and likely the melee version, but what else would make him standout?
