Total war : Attila - Perfect building layout?

playing as the Caledonians, just took over the north region. with such a limited workspace, i seem to find it hard to balance the needs of the people with commerce, food and military. anyone have a "Perfect" balanced, optimized building layout for this region, playing specificaly as Caledonians?
