I hit the Rome 1 jackpot, but in Warhammer 3. Yuan Bo got a nice buff to Fortress Cities in this patch.

I made Spektazuma a Fortress City, which buffs it's military and defensive buildings. Then I had the Ancient Chaos Shrine spawn in the same region. Now I get a rather large permanent boost to my units recruited here.

The Tiger Warrior building previously didn't do anything for a Fortress City, now it adds a permanent boost to melee attack. This feels like taking a Barbarian City in Rome 1 and using it's facilities to train up my troops beyond what was normal. I love it.
