City building and skillpoint queues

So i was having a pretty good run as Rakarth. I managed to annex the entirety of Ulthuan and Bretonnia before turn 100, and I started waiting for Archaeon.

However this is the stage that I give up on my games nearly every single time. I have 60 regions, and about the same number of lords/heroes/blarks. Each turn grinds to a stop because of neverending buildings to choose and skillpoints to distribute. I quit because it is simply too tedious to level up 7 masters in a single turn, and build 12 new farm buildings.

What I need is the ability to queue buildings and skill points. It should be possible to set a template for a city/character once, and then not have to worry about it again for x number of turns. For example, it should be possible to press on the tier 3 farm building immediately, and then it is automatically built as you get the funds.

I really want to finish a campaign, but the tediousness of the end game is a far greater challenge for me than Archaon. This is a quality of life update that would increase my enjoyment of the endgame immeasurably so.
