About Nurgle's cyclical buildings...

Am I right in thinking they don't work the way the way they're supposed to, or at least not the way UI shows they should?

Instead of starting at level 1, and giving you the first unit immediately upon building, it starts at level "zero" and gives the previous level's unit when the next one is reached, contrary to the misleading green checkmark.

This effectively means that build times are several turns longer, and makes Nurgle's already slow development even slower.

They really did Nurgle dirty, cant wait for the patch.
