Mods for Lower Unit Cap?

I've looked through the Steam mods page and I couldn't find any specific to what I'm looking for, but I'd like to have fewer units per army in campaign. I find it more fun when the army sizes are a bit smaller and it's easier to manage tactical decisions while playing at normal speed. I've seen some mention on the older TW:WHs about having to use a save editor to change the army size but I haven't had any luck finding how to do that for WH3. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it, thanks!
