Katarin getting annihilated on base campaign

After putting 3K hours on Warhammer 2 (I'm fairly experienced) I started playing WH3. Decided to try the base game with Katarin (after beating IE with Khorn and Nurgle both) and lost the game before I even got started.

Took the Eastern Oblast as my advisor advised, killed the raiding ogres, then took Praag. Every fight a victory, no turn wasn't spent fighting or advancing, then it's game over. It's currently turn 16. I am facing two stacks from Baresong who have completely taken Eastern Oblast, the rest of the friendly Kislev factions are being razed by Throgg and 3 full stacks of Moulder. Valkia is attacking me with a full stack, and Misrule is bee lining a stack toward me. Meanwhile Ostermark is being conquered by Manfred. It's only turn 16. I am not sure how to fight seven full stacks attacking from all different directions, and if I did survive, and push the front, it would just make the front bigger, since it's nothing but enemy factions behind the ones I'm fighting. At least Nurgle had decent settlement towers. Oh yeah, and this is on normal difficulty.

What is a good way to start this campaign? Which way should I attempt to expand when I try the campaign again? I'm getting demolished in the campaign map.
