Old World Mod - Removing the bretonnia Elector counts

I humble ask the hive mind here for help. The Old World Mod ist great, but he adds as Karl Franz 3 new Electour Counts. In Parravon and Gisourex and Akendorf. Is there a mod or a way too remove that?
