Zucchini mini-pizzas

One zuchinni can do for two people (20\~24 slices).

Slice the zucchini, one centimeter each slice.

Salt and pepper both sides of each slice.

Mix some oregano or basil with tomato sauce.

Add a small spoonful of sauce on each slice.

Add grated cheese, mozarella or parmesan (or both).

Add the ingredients you like: I used olives and mushrooms.

Finally, add some more basil or oregano on top.

Preheat the oven, medium-high. Cook for maybe \~7 minutes.
