Dupe for Crunchy Chili Onion (plus Thai Shrimp Gyoza)

Apparently (as crowd-reported here) the Crunchy Chili Onion might get discontinued? If so, Chef Troy's Recipe Crunchy Garlic Chili Sauce is a nice dupe with great crunch and it is garlic forward, even better IMO! The cheapest I've found it was at Albertson's (So Cal). This is also my first time properly steaming the gyoza, and I'm obsessed now. Definitely prefer steamed over microwaved/pan fried.
