Give me your best TJ’s toast concoctions!

My coworker gifted me some amazing sourdough loaves (a rosemary/olive oil and a chocolate), so it’s toast time!

I’ll be near a TJ’s later today so I figured I’d stop in and get some ingredients. I already know I want chèvre, the jarred eggplant spread, cornichons, and the tinned smoked trout filets. I’d like a sweet spread or two as well for the chocolate loaf.

What are your favorite toast toppings from Trader Joe’s? I know I’m missing out on some good combos!
