Problems with wireless dimmers

We have two dimmers in different rooms and neither of them work. We had this problem before with one and exchanged it for a new one. However, the problem has returned.

The light is still controlable from the app and Google Home, but the dimmers don't do anything.

We have tried reconnecting them etc but nothing works. They did work for a short time.

Anybody else have problems with them?
