Boat playground size inconsistency

The Boat Playground is described as 2x2, the graphics is 2x2, but the tile itself is 2x3, with the last 2 subtile pieces being invisible. I was having some lag while placing it, and there were 3 copies eventually. I restarted the game, and it was OK, other than the size.

Has anyone else seen this size issue?
