Update kits for GE prime

I feel like upgrades bump him from a 7 to a 8 at least. Still lacks paint and the silhouette is still a little bulky but I think with a good paint job and maybe the Toy hax labels it could reach that 9/10. 10/10 I reserve for truly exceptional figures like 86 hotrod.
