Got the POTP Predaking Reissue. Headstrong combiner knee joint will not lock-in for combined mode. Any suggestions?

Pretty disappointed with my copy. I even got it on the Pulse sale. This knee joint doesn’t lock in so it makes the whole combiner unstable. Both shoulder joints can’t hold the arm’s weight so they just sink back down.
