Curious Transformation

Every now and then I come across a transformer with some iffy instructions but this new Dark Energon Cybertronic had me wondering if it is a reuse due to some parts that had some interesting articulation. Like why would all four of these tube parts need to be articulated and how in the heck am I suppose to attach it! The instructions just show how to transform the parts to prepare for attachment (even though some parts don’t match the photos) as well as a photo of Megatron with Cybertronic attached. WHAT ARE YOU?!? Anyone have any ideas!?

OVERALL: He’s a solid Figure. Both Decepticons are great and have pretty smooth transformations! Plus he reminds me of the scene right before Megatron is changed into Galvetron.
