Problems with Bot Binder?

Has anyone else who uses Bot Binder to track their collection been having issues with accessing them lately? For about the past week, everytime I try to open their app it crashes and I haven’t even been able to access their website, much less try to log in. I’ve tried on multiple devices and networks and keep having the same issues. If someone knows how to contact them for support, I’d greatly appreciate the help.
