POLISH>ENGLISH 1816 Death of Kacper Śpiewak

I am hoping someone could completely translate this for me. I do not know how old he was when he died since I cannot find his birth record. From the index, Kacper died 20 Feb 1816 likely in Choctza Dolna in Poland. His parents were Woyciech Śpiewak and Jadwiga Kośnic.
